Compass Care is a nonprofit organization with a clear and unwavering focus: to enhance the health and quality of life of seniors and those who care for them. Our goal is to provide the support seniors need to continue living at home.

Through our Adult Day Health, Senior Wellness, Senior Companion and Alzheimer's Family Educator programs, men and women from all walks of life find healthcare, encouragement, enrichment, fun and respite-and a circle of caring friends.

Compass Care is located at Parrott Avenue Place, a center for several independent, nonprofit organizations that provide healthcare, adult day health, meals, recreation, transportation, information & referral and social services for Seacoast seniors. Parrott Avenue Place is owned and operated by Compass Care and Portsmouth Housing Authority.
