DRIVING DIRECTIONS

1. From end of ramps off I-95 (north or southbound) Exit 7, turn southeast towards downtown Portsmouth on Market Street for 1.0 mile.

2. At 100 Market Street (building) turn right on Hanover Street.

3. At first traffic light, turn left on Maplewood Avenue.

4. At first traffic light, continue straight on Middle Street (US -1) for 0.2 miles.

5. Turn left on Richards Avenue, then turn at first left on Parrott Avenue for 0.3 miles (just past Portsmouth Middle School and Rogers Street).

Compass Care (formerly known as Greater Seacoast Adult Day Services), is located at Parrott Avenure Place, a center for several independent, non-profit organizations that provide healthcare, adult day, meals, recreation, transportation, information & referral and social services for Seacoast seniors. Parrott Avenue Place is owned and operated by Compass Care and Portsmouth Housing Authority.
