Compass Care is a 501 c.3. non-profit organization that relies upon the generosity of our community to provide many of our programs and services. Your monetary support has a direct and tangible effect on the lives of Greater Seacoast seniors and their caregivers by allowing Compass Care to:

• Maintain affordable fees for our Alzheimer's Adult Day Health and Family Educator Programs. A donation of $52 will provide one day of Adult Day Health services to a senior living at or near the poverty level. These seniors will receive a nutritious meal, nursing care and connect with peers in a loving and lively environment.
  
  
• Underwrite a bimonthly Alzheimer's Caregivers Support Group that is free of charge to anyone needing help. For just a little more than $100 you can 'buy' one month of Support Group; a safe and private gathering where caregivers share their experiences and tips on living with Alzheimer's or a related dementia in the family.
  
  
• Provide free community health screenings to seniors who may not otherwise receive medical care. $20/ month or $240/year ensures that a local senior receives a year of monthly medical monitoring from a RN.
  
  
• Match, train and supervise senior volunteers for friendly home visits with isolated, at-risk seniors.
